- Special Order items are ordered specifically upon customer request and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
- Specialty Products are sourced from select suppliers (Amici, Bard, Rusch) and may have varying availability and delivery timelines.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted.
- Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be added at checkout.
- Payment must be made in full before products are shipped.
- We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your full payment details.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or other factors beyond our control.
- CanAll Medical is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once handed to the carrier.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
- Special Order items may require additional processing and delivery time of 15 – 25 business days.
- Specialty Products have delivery timelines that vary based on supplier availability.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Returns outside of the 14-day window are only accepted if approved and will incur a one-time restocking fee.
- Special Order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Specialty Products are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned, regardless of the return window.
- For hygienic and safety reasons, certain medical supplies are final sale and non-returnable.
- Refunds are processed once returned items are inspected and approved.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of CanAll Medical and protected by Canadian copyright and trademark laws.
