1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 – 2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Special Order items: Processing may take 5 – 10 additional business days as these products are ordered specifically upon customer request.
  • Specialty Products: Processing times vary depending on supplier availability.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5 – 10 business days
  • Special Order Items: 15 – 25 business days (includes extended processing time)
  • Specialty Products: Delivery timelines vary based on supplier – please allow additional time
  • Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier availability.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping is a flat rate of $20.00 CAD
  • Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over $120.00 CAD.

5. Order Shipments

All orders are shipped as a single, complete shipment once all items are available. If you require your order to be split into multiple shipments, additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact us prior to placing your order to arrange split shipping.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can also track your order through your account on our website.

7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Carrier delays
  • High order volumes during peak seasons
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Special Order items: Manufacturer lead times
  • Specialty Products: Supplier stock availability

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or suppliers.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
