Refund and Returns Policy

At CanAll Medical, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please review our refund and return policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Returns outside of the 14-day window are only accepted if approved and will incur a one-time restocking fee.
  • For hygienic and safety reasons, certain medical supplies are final sale and cannot be returned.

2. Special Order Items

Products marked as “Special Order” are ordered specifically upon customer request and are not regularly stocked.

  • Non-Returnable: All Special Order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Non-Cancellable: Once a Special Order has been placed with the manufacturer, it cannot be cancelled.

Special Order items will be clearly marked on the product page.


3. Specialty Products

Products marked as “Specialty Product” are sourced from select suppliers including Amici, Bard, and Rusch.

  • Restocking Fee: All Specialty Products are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned, regardless of the return window.
  • Return Eligibility: Specialty Products may be returned within 14 days if unused, unopened, and in original packaging, subject to the restocking fee.

Specialty Products will be clearly marked on the product page.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@canallmedical.ca within the return window.
  2. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once the returned product has been received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for processing.
  • Specialty Products: Refunds will have the applicable 15% restocking fee deducted.
  • Special Order Items: Not eligible for refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Special Order items.
  • Opened or used medical supplies.
  • Products not in their original packaging.
