Find answers to common questions about our payment options and subscription program.
Subscribe & Save is our flexible reorder program designed specifically for Canadians who use medical supplies regularly. Instead of locking you into automatic charges, we built a system that puts you in control β you confirm your order before anything ships or gets charged. Every time.
Most subscription services charge your card automatically whether you're ready or not. We think that's the wrong approach for medical supplies β your needs change, your stock levels vary, and you deserve a heads-up before money leaves your account. With CanAll, you get a reminder before your reorder, you confirm the details, and then it processes. No surprises.
When you enroll in Subscribe & Save, your 5% discount is permanently attached to your account. It applies automatically every time you reorder β no codes, no hoops. And because we time your reminders around your actual usage cycle, you'll rarely run out between orders.
No. Every reorder requires your confirmation. We send you a reminder when it's time, you approve it, and then your order is processed. If you're not ready, just skip it β your next reminder will come around automatically.
Yes. When you receive your reminder, you can adjust quantities, swap products, or update your delivery address before confirming. Your 5% discount applies regardless of what you order.
All of our standard payment options are available including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, and Klarna. You can split your reorder into four interest-free payments β which pairs perfectly with insurance reimbursement since most claims are processed before your second payment is due.
None. Subscribe & Save is completely commitment-free. You can skip a month, pause, or cancel anytime β no phone calls, no fees, no questions.
Anyone who uses medical supplies on a regular basis β ostomy, catheter, incontinence, wound care, or diabetic supplies. If you're ordering the same products month after month, Subscribe & Save eliminates the hassle of reordering while keeping you in full control of when and what you receive.
Yes. CanAll Medical holds a Medical Device Establishment Licence (MDEL) issued by Health Canada. Every order includes a fully itemized receipt formatted for insurance submission.
Subscribe & Save and insurance reimbursement work perfectly together. Every order includes a fully itemized, insurance-ready receipt with our MDEL number, product codes, and business details. Submit your claim as soon as your order is confirmed β most private insurance plans reimburse within 5β10 business days. If you pay with Afterpay or Klarna, your reimbursement often arrives before your second payment is even due β making it effectively $0 out of pocket. Your 5% Subscribe & Save discount applies on top of whatever your insurance covers.
Afterpay is a buy now, pay later service that lets you split your purchase into 4 equal, interest-free payments. Your first payment is taken at checkout, and the remaining 3 are automatically collected every 2 weeks. There are no interest charges and no fees when you pay on time.
Simply add your products to your cart and proceed to checkout. Select Afterpay as your payment method. If you're a first-time user, you'll complete a quick sign-up. Returning users just log in. You'll see your payment schedule before you confirm β no surprises.
No. Afterpay does not perform a hard credit check. Your credit score is not affected when you use the service. You just need a Canadian-issued credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) to get started.
Your purchase is split into 4 equal payments over 6 weeks. The first 25% is charged at checkout, and the remaining 3 payments are automatically deducted from your card every 2 weeks. There is zero interest when payments are made on time.
If a payment fails, Afterpay will retry once. If it still can't collect, the missed amount is added to your next scheduled payment. After a 10-day grace period, a late fee of $8 may apply per installment. Afterpay will also pause your account until you're back on track. You can contact Afterpay's support team to arrange a revised payment plan if needed.
Afterpay is available for one-time purchases only. It cannot be used as the payment method for subscription orders. However, you can use Afterpay on any standard order placed through our store.
Afterpay and insurance reimbursement pair well together. When you place your order, you pay just 25% upfront. Every CanAll Medical order includes a fully itemized receipt formatted for insurance submission β you can submit your claim immediately after your order is confirmed. Most insurance providers process reimbursement claims within 2β4 weeks, which means your reimbursement often arrives before your second Afterpay payment is even due. This lets you use your insurance funds to cover the remaining installments rather than paying the full amount out of pocket first.
Afterpay is generally available on orders between $35 and $2,000 CAD (including taxes). Your individual spending limit is set by Afterpay based on your account history and may increase over time as you make on-time payments.
If you return an item, our standard return policy applies. Once your refund is processed, Afterpay automatically adjusts your remaining payment schedule. If you've already paid more than the revised total, the difference is refunded to your card.
Yes. You can log into your Afterpay account or the Afterpay app at any time and make early payments with no penalty. You can pay off your entire balance early if you prefer.
For questions about your Afterpay account, payment schedule, or spending limits, contact Afterpay directly at afterpay.com/en-CA or through the Afterpay app. For questions about your CanAll Medical order, product, or shipping, contact us at info@canallmedical.ca.
Klarna is a buy now, pay later service that lets you split your purchase into 4 equal, interest-free payments. Your first payment is taken at checkout, and the remaining 3 are automatically collected every 2 weeks. There are no fees when you pay on time.
Add your products to your cart and proceed to checkout. Select Klarna as your payment method. You'll be redirected to Klarna's secure page to enter your details and choose your payment plan. Once approved, you're returned to our site to complete your order. The entire process takes seconds.
No. Klarna's Pay in 4 does not require a hard credit check and will not affect your credit score. You need a Canadian-issued credit or debit card and must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Canada.
Your purchase is split into 4 equal payments over 6 weeks. The first payment is charged at checkout, and the remaining 3 are automatically deducted from your card every 2 weeks. A higher initial payment may be required for some purchases. There is zero interest and no fees when payments are made on time.
If a payment fails, Klarna will notify you by email and retry once. If the second attempt also fails, the missed amount is added to your next scheduled payment. You can also request to extend your due date through the Klarna app β all future payments will be rescheduled automatically from the new date. After multiple missed payments, Klarna may refer the balance to a collection agency.
Klarna is available for one-time purchases only. It cannot be used as the payment method for subscription orders. However, you can use Klarna on any standard order placed through our store.
